What's Involved in a Home Inspection?


  • The buyer, the home inspector and the real estate agent come to your home for 3-4 hours for the inspection.
  • A home inspection is an objective, 3rd party assessment of your home.
  • Goal - to assess potential issues such as water damage, roof condition, electrical systems, plumbing issues, and any structural/foundation issues.
  • Inspection does not cover things like cosmetic issues, home decor, finishes etc
