About Jill Crowder

Jill brings a wealth of business experience, a deep commitment to client care, and a lifelong passion for homes to her role as a buyer’s agent with the Denise Ramey Team. Born in Beaufort, South Carolina, and raised in a military family, Jill moved frequently before settling in Northern Virginia during her elementary school years. She has now called Central Virginia home for more than two decades, recently settling in the Charlottesville/Crozet area.

With a degree in Marketing from Virginia Tech, Jill spent over 16 years owning and operating two successful fitness franchises, where she was known for helping clients reach their goals through personalized service, strong communication, and strategic leadership. Her background in marketing, customer service, and team management provides a strong foundation for guiding buyers through one of life’s biggest decisions.

Jill is known for her integrity, attention to detail, and hands-on approach. She is passionate about helping clients find a place to call home, one that fits their lifestyle, vision, and future. Outside of real estate, Jill enjoys spending time with her husband John and their family, entertaining and hosting friends, attending church, serving in local ministries, stitching, traveling, and cheering on her favorite college teams.
